A simple guy named Chest, because of his love for his village, Antonovka constantly gets into trouble. This time, he could not get past the acute problem — illegal pollution of territories with garbage. The trunk, realizing that the local government takes the position of "I don't see a problem, there is no problem," takes the initiative into its own hands and organizes a fishing championship to attract public attention. The competition is becoming popular, but the Chest makes an enemy in the person of the organizer of the dump, who, for his own selfish purposes, is ready to do anything to stop the championship in Antonovka.
