Biography

Arun Nath is an Indian actor known for his work in the Assamese film industry. He made his acting debut in Sonetara (1973). Since then he has acted in movies like Duranir Rong (1979), Sarbajan (1985), Agnisnaan (1985), Kolahal (1989), Sarothi (1991), Meemanxa (1994), Hkhagoroloi Bohu Door (1995), Love In Tawang (2016) and Borhxaranya (2016). Arun Nath stars alongside Runu Devi, Arup Baishya and Jupitora Bhuyan in Hemanta Kumar Das’ directorial debut, Othello (2017). Ranjit Sarma has penned the storyline. Othello won the National Award for Best Film (Assamese) in 2015. His other 2017 movie includes Antareen, directed by Monjul Baruah.
